At Members Only Film Room, we strive to provide high-quality basketball film analysis and membership content. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following refund terms:

1. No Refunds for Paid Subscriptions

• All membership subscriptions (Rising Member, Pro Member, Elite Member, Legend Member) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

• All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for partial months, unused membership periods, or unused content.

2. Free Trials

• If a free trial is offered, members may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

• Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the standard refund policy applies.

3. Billing Errors

• In the event of a duplicate or incorrect charge, members must contact our support team within 7 days of the charge. Verified billing errors will be refunded in full.

4. Changes to the Policy

• We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the revised policy.
